PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of varying the light detection time. SOLUTION: This analyzer is provided with a light detector 81, and a detection condition varying section 130 can vary the photometric time at light detection according to the measurement item, for example. When a specimen is determined to require a re-inspection after a measured value is compared with a predetermined value, the specimen can be automatically re-inspected, and the photometric time at light detection is varied for the re-inspection according to this determination. The light detection time can be controlled longer than normal for a specific measurement item or at the re-inspection, and an inspection with an improved S-N ratio and its measured result can be provided.
