METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COLOR FILTER AND ITS MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to prevent such a problem as mixing of colors due to invasion of R, G, B pastes into adjacent pixel parts via horizontal lattices of a black matrix from occurring when the black matrix substrate is coated with the pastes in stripes. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a color filter is characterized by forming the black matrix parts placed on the both sides of a color pixel part toward the stripe direction as the highest parts and subsequently by forming a color coated film in stripes in the manufacturing method for the color filter forming the color coated film in stripes on the color pixel part in the black matrix on the substrate and the manufacturing device for this purpose is provided.
