PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction caused by delay in the recognition of a disconnection or the like by reporting the disconnection of a device to the destination to report without using a special interface. SOLUTION: When an error detecting mechanism 16 detects an abnormality and a device 17, in which the abnormality occurs, is disconnected, according to the judged result of a report judging part 13, a disconnection reporting part 14 makes a device control part 15 for controlling the device 17 perform access to the device 17 so that the disconnection of the device 17 can be reported. Besides, by initializing the device 17, an external report part 12 makes another system 40 recognize the disconnection of the device 17.
