<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field-emission type display panel, having a shading film that can prevent leakage of light from a space of the field-emission type display device and improve its visibility. SOLUTION: In this field emission type display panel, the shading film is formed without having to increase production processes by forming a shading pattern utilizing thin metal film for cathode electrode or gate electrode, in the periphery of display area on the cathode substrate.</p> |
