The mounting structure comprises a plate clip (16) which is integrally provided to the grip. The clip which has recess in between plate, is compressed during insertion through upper and lower hole of ceiling base boards (30). A lock pin (20) is inserted through the recess of plate clip for expanding the clip. The plate clip has zigzag bends to form narrow sections (28A,28B), wide sections (26A,26B). The wide sections are formed so that the width is narrower than the attachment holes (32,36,40). The narrow sections has width size smaller than the attachment holes.
