SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure temperature, pressure, acceleration, etc. Self-excited oscillator is built on basis of utilization of fiber-optical laser and Q- modulation of double-mirror optical resonator caused by photoinduced angular deviation of one of mirrors. Microresonator is used as this mirror. One face of single-mode light guide of fiber-optical laser is matched with autocollimator that forms light beam of certain dimension on reflecting surface of microresonator oriented at some angle with optical axis of incident beam. Second face of light guide is output face. Autocollimator is manufactured in the form of gradient rod lens and cylindrical lens. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and precision. 2 dwg
