PURPOSE: A device for warning time for replacing parts of a vehicle is provided to make a driver replace parts such as an oil filter by indicating the replacement time via a lamp when a mileage set up by the driver is the same as the total mileage of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A rotation sensing unit(10) senses the rotation of vehicle wheels and outputs corresponding signals. A waveform forming unit(20) forms signals output from the rotation sensing unit and outputs a waveform. A controller(30) outputs a specific control signal for indicating parts replacement time by the output signal of a data input unit(40) consisting of plural switches(SW1-SW3). A drive unit(50) drives a display unit(60) to display the replacement time of respective parts by the control signal outputted from the controller.
