SUBSTANCE: device is provided with support frames located at two levels; supports of one level are secured on brackets for performing limited turn around axis; device is provided with detachable circular centering mount consisting of two segments of different contours; each of them is provided with longitudinal slots over external generatrix; one segment has recess along axis of symmetry which is connected with longitudinal slots by means of discharge passages.
