FLUORINE-CONTAINING ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE, IMPROVER OF DISPERSIBILITY OF FLUORORESIN POWDER, AND ORGANIC RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane, an improver of dispersibility of a fluororesin powder, capable of uniformly dispersing the fluororesin powder in an organic resin, and an organic resin composition containing the improver of the dispersibility of the fluororesin powder, capable of providing a homogeneous film having transparency and excellent in surface smoothness. SOLUTION: This fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane contains a fluorine atom-containing organic group and a group represented by the formula Q1- Si(R2)2}e-Q2 (wherein, Q1 is a 1-10C alkylene group; Q2 is a polystyrene chain or polymethylstyrene chain, blocked at the terminal and having >=3 polymerization degree; R2 is a nonsubstituted or a halogen atom-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon; and (e) is 0 or 1). The improver of the dispersibility of the fluororesin powder is characterized by the fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane of the above formula in which the (e) is zero. The organic resin composition contains the fluororesin powder and the disperser.
