PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching agent composition stored in a container and having a metering cap not generating dripping liquid when it is applied for coating. SOLUTION: The metering cap 106 for the bleaching agent composition stored in the container is provided with an inner cylinder 108 and an outer cylinder 110. When the height of the outer cylinder 110 is defined as (h) and the height of the inner cylinder 108 is defined as H, an equation H-h=b is provided, and when the radius of the outside the end of the end face of an opening of the inner cylinder 108 is defined as (r), and the radius of the outside end of the end face of the opening of the outer cylinder 110 in the direction same as the direction in which (r) is defined is defined as R, an equation R-r=a is provided. The value ofθin the tan-1θ=a/b (numerical formula 1) for the metering cap 106 is 45 deg. or less. When the maximum value of the volume of a liquid to be filled in the inner cylinder 108 is defined as V1, the maximum value of the volume of the liquid to be filled in the inner cylinder 108 when the metering cap 106 is tilted by the angleθis defined as V2. The value of X in the V2/V1*100=X (numerical formula 2) for the metering cap 106 is 70 or more.
