PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber packaging film having transparency, flexibility, antistatic properties and anti-blocking properties, and a polypropylene resin composition suitable for manufacturing the film. SOLUTION: In this film, both the Young's moduli in the lengthwise direction of the film and in the width direction thereof are 30 kgf/cm2 or below, and the surface resistivity of the film after seventy-two hours from the formation of the film is 1.0×1.013Ωor below. The resin composition suitable for molding the film is composed of 65-95 wt.% of polypropylene an 5-35 wt.% of an ethylene propylene 1-butene copolymer, in which Mw/Mn is 3.0 or below.
