PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small article holder capable of surely holding small articles so as not to get out of the pocket, and to provide a double-structured pocket utilizing the holder. SOLUTION: This small article holder comprises a projection-hooking hole 10 and a stopper 12. In the case of holding a mobile telephone B in the holder, the bottom part of the mobile telephone B is positioned between the left side of an upper pocket 40 and the stopper 12 and an antenna B1 is threaded through the projection-hooking hole 10, thus the antenna B1 of the mobile telephone B can always be hooked on the projection-hooking hole 10 because the stopper 12 prevents the bottom part of the mobile telephone B from being moved sideways and prevents the mobile telephone B from leaning in the upper pocket 40 and slipping downward off the projection-hooking hole 10. As a result of having the above-mentioned structure, the small article holder 1 enables the mobile telephone B to be held in the upper pocket 40 so as not to slip out therethrough.
