PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a grain milling apparatus capable of rapidly and efficiently performing both of the operation of an operation panel and work for grasping the actual state of milled grain after grain milling treatment. SOLUTION: A discharge treatment part 52 is arranged under a grinding type grain milling treatment part 14 and a pair of left and right secondary outlets 82 are further formed to a secondary discharge chamber 60. A discharge trough 84 is attached to one secondary outlet 82 and a lid 86 is attached to the other secondary outlet 82. Further, an operation panel 80 is made movable on a top plate 18A and arranged on the side where the discharge trough 84 is attached. Therefore, the operation panel 80 can be operated while the grain milling state of milled grain after grain milling treatment discharged from the discharge trough 84 is confirmed.
