PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method capable of being easily carried out even when a ground on which a new building is to be constructed is soft, even on a ground having a building thereon and even on a ground where building are built densely to a certain extent. SOLUTION: A hole is bored in the ground, a foaming base is poured thereinto, and pressure is applied to soil particles inside of the hole to improve the ground by expanding the foaming base inside of the hole to solidify.
