PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device for wearing Japanese kimono, capable of fixing a collar lower in wearing, hardly generating wrinkles, fixing a collar of a long undergarment and a collar of a clothing and without collapsing during wearing. SOLUTION: This device for wearing has a hook-and-loop fastener for winding at one end of the reverse side of a belt, a hook-and-loop fastener for the collar fixing and coupling with a hook-and-loop fastener of the back center of the long undergarment at the center of the belt, undergarment adjusting elastic long bands 6, 6' having collar clippers 4a, 4a' clipping the collar of the long undergarment near right and left side slits and clothing adjusting elastic bands 7, 7' having collar clippers 5, 5a' for clipping the clothing.
