GRANULAR COLORING MATTER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a granular coloring matter providing no fear of coloring noodles during the preservation even if the frozen cooked noodles or the instant noodles are packed in combination with the coloring matter, and capable of rapidly coloring a seasoning liquid when restoring the noodles. SOLUTION: A hardened oil having 40-80 deg.C melting point and in a heated state is sprayed to the floated granular coloring matter in a granulating step of the granular coloring matter to form a film of the hardened oil on the surface of each particles of the granular coloring agent.
