<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a plate, to prevent a plate rear face from damaging and to improve a brush life even in the case a weight, a plate thickness, a size, etc., of a plate to be worked are made different. SOLUTION: Plural transfer balls 25 and brush members 13 are arranged for a table 2. The brush member 13 is made freely elevating by a brush elevation device 20 so that a plate support level S1 is floated/sunk according to the plate support level set with the transfer ball 25. The brush elevation control means 41 controls the brush member 13 so as to be descended when a plate weight is heavy or when a plate thickness is thick.</p> |
