PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate shortcomings such that in a bag or the like, the strength of the mouth of the bag is weak, and also, the shape is not always uniform, and when an article is frequently taken out/put in, the usability is unfavorable, and the using frequency and the using method are limited as well. SOLUTION: This edge-reinforcing utensil for a bag or the like, or the container having the edge-reinforcing utensil for the bag or the like; the hanging utensil for the bag or the like, or the edge hanging container such as the bag having the edge hanging utensil for the bag or the like; and the engaging method for the edge hanging utensil for the bag or the like, the transfer method for the engaging section, the fixing method of the engaging section, the fixing means for an article to be attached, and its manufacturing method; are disclosed to facilitate the handling of the bag or the like to the very end, to sufficiently utilize the bag, and to save the resources.
