PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a granular explosive, reserving a performance over the reactivity of ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive, and fluidity as a granular explosive, and further having improved water resistance. SOLUTION: This granular explosive is obtained by mixing a flowable emulsion mixture with a porous ammonium nitrate prill.
