PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for fixing an excavator, by which the excavator can be fixed and moved simply because cost and time are taken though an erection scaffold is constructed or an anchor is mounted on a slope and the excavator is supported in the case of drilling in a slope ground in conventional devices. SOLUTION: A plurality of retaining legs 21 are disposed to the outside section of a base 20, to which the excavator 10 is penetrated and disposed in upright, flexible skirts 40 are drooped outside the base 20, and a space in the lower section of the base 20 is decompressed by operating a blower 30 arranged to the base 20 and the excavator 10 is fixed onto a slope ground by pressure difference.
