PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylenic composition that can give molded products having excellent balance between transparency, shock resistance, flexibility, heat resistance, scratching resistance, and the like. SOLUTION: This syndiotacic polypropylenic composition comprises (i) a specific syndiotactic polypropylene, (ii) a specific copolymer from two or more kinds ofα-olefins and (iii) a specific isotactic propylene (co)polymer where the weight ratio of (i) syndiotactic polypropylene to (iii) the isotactic propylene (co)polymer (i)/(iii)} is 99/1-1/99 and the weight ratio of a mixture (iv) of the syndiotactic polypropylene (i) and the isotactic propylene (co)polymer (iii) to the copolymer of the twe or more kinds ofα-olefins (ii) the weight ratio of (iv)/(ii)} is in the range of 90/10-10/90 and the contents of two or more kinds ofα-olefins are at least 1 wt. %., respectively.
