PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having a shock absorbing function for reducing shock applied from an external part and capable of being manufactured easily and under a low cost. SOLUTION: There are provided a box 11; a first shock absorbing member 20 arranged within the box 11, having both ends supported at the bottom surface 12 of the box 11 and further having a holding part 35 so as to be opposed against the bottom surface 12; and a second shock absorbing member 40 arranged in the box 11, supported at a ceiling surface 17 of the box 11 at both its end sides, opposing against the ceiling surface 17 and having the holding part 35 arranged and formed near the bottom surface 12 of the first holding segment 20, wherein a storing space for storing a packaged item W is formed between the holding segments 35, 35.
