PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate nozzle water from a washer nozzle on the anus and the private parts, to accurately perform satisfying washing, to prevent filth from sticking to a toilet seat lower surface and to improve sanitation by making a toilet seat used for a Western style stool freely movable in any directions while a user keeps the bottom on the toilet seat. SOLUTION: The toilet seat to be attached to the Western style stool is turned to this composite toilet seat, a spherical tool and an elastic member are interposed between an upper toilet seat and a lower toilet seat and the elastic member is adhered to the upper toilet seat and the lower toilet seat.
