<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putter which is soft in touch when a golf ball is hit. SOLUTION: This golf club 1 has a head 2, a grip 3 and a shaft 4 connecting both parts. The head 2 consists of a blade 6 having a clubface 13 and a sole 7 extending horizontally backward from the blade 6 base part of the clubface 13. The slits 8 and 9 which extend upward as a pair across approximately the central part of the clubface 13 from near the base part of the clubface 13 and penetrate the clubface upward.</p> |
