PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open roof structure facilitating installation to a roof opening part. SOLUTION: This open roof structure for a vehicle has a frame installed to the periphery of the roof opening part, a movable closing member connected to the frame, and a drive means moving the movable closing member. The frame comprises a lower frame positioned on the lower side of a roof and an upper frame positioned on the upper side thereof, while the lower and upper frames have a fixing member for restraining an edge part of the roof opening part between both the frames and fixing both the frames to each other. The drive means for the closing member is installed to the lower frame.
