PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a fixed state between both inner and outer pipes in a mop holder provided with a freely extendible, contractible and fixable handle. SOLUTION: An inner side pipe 3 whose cross section is circular is inserted into an outer side pipe 2 whose cross section is circular movably in an axial direction. At the tip part of the inner side pipe 3, small diameter eccentric shafts 21 eccentric from an inner side pipe axial center O2 are formed on a plurality of parts with an interval in a pipe length direction. An eccentric ring 29 provided with an eccentric hole 33 is freely turnably fitted to the respective eccentric shafts 21 and the inner side pipe 3 and the outer side pipe 2 are relatively turned so as to move the respective eccentric shafts 21 from the thin part of the eccentric ring 29 to a thick part. Thus, the outer side pipe 2 and the inner side pipe 1 are fixed through the plural eccentric rings 29. The eccentric direction of the respective eccentric shafts 21 can be made different.
