PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cleanser composition which does not clog, gives creamy stable bubbles, gives an excellent conditioning effect after cleansing and is extruded in a bubble-like state. SOLUTION: This liquid cleanser composition characterized by comprising (a) an anionic surfactant, (b) an amphoteric surfactant and/or a semi-polar nonionic surfactant, and (c) a cationic polymer and/or an amphoteric polymer which can exist in the composition in a dissolved state, having the concentration of the component (c) in the composition within the range of the following inequality (1): 0<Q(mass %)<=7.5×104/M (1) [Q is the concentration of the component (c) in the composition; M is the weight-average mol.wt. of the component (c)], and is received in a container from which the composition can be extruded in the bubble-like state.
