<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control device for a bicycle not causing insuffi cient illuminance when traveling at a tow speed, in the case where the lighting device of the bicycle is driven by an AC generator. SOLUTION: The AC power generated by a block dynamo 7 for generating power of the bicycle is supplied to a direct lighting device 8, and is supplied to a microcomputer 24 to form a sinusoidal wave control signal Vc whose phase is synchronized with the generated AC power and which compensates the insufficient amount to the rated voltage of the lighting device 8. This sinusoidal control signal Vc is supplied to a pulse width modulation circuit 25 to convert it into the pulse width modulation signal, and this is supplied to an inverter 27 connected to a DC power source 26 to convert the DC power into the AC power, and this AC power is superimposed on the generated AC power and is supplied to the lighting device 8.</p> |
