PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous device for manual transmission capable of smoothening the feeling of gear shifting operation is smoothened in gear change to improve the durability of a transmission. SOLUTION: This synchronous device for manual transmission comprises a hub gear connected to a main spindle, a speed gear provided on the main spindle on the outside of the hub gear and having a clutch gear cut on the inside surface of the hub gear, and a sleeve connected to the circumference of the hub gear to synchronize with the clutch gear while axially moving in the shifting of the gear. The sleeve comprises an inner sleeve connected to the circumference of the hub gear to mesh with the clutch gear while axially moving in the shifting of the gear; an outer sleeve located on the circumference of the inner sleeve and axially moved by transmitting the gear shifting operation force by a driver thereto; and a cushioning interlocking means interposed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve to simultaneously move the inner sleeve according to the outer sleeve and performing a cushioning effect. |
