PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency by easily installing a working equipment in a leader. SOLUTION: The working equipment 6 is suspended from a top sheave 5 at the upper portion of a leader 2 erected at the front section of a base machine 1 by using an auxiliary suspension wire 17, a bracket 10 provided at a leader 2 and a bracket 16 provided at the working equipment are connected together with a wire 9, the auxiliary suspension wire 17 is loosened and the working machine 6 is put close to the leader 2, guide gibs 12, 13 of the working equipment 6 are engaged to the guide pipe 8 of the leader 2, and then the auxiliary suspension wire 17 and the wire 9 are removed.
