PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the longitudinal stability of a vehicle even when the vehicle is running, and even when it is in operation, and enhance its operating and running performance. SOLUTION: An outtrigger device 13 having an outtrigger frame 14 is provided for the front end side of a truck frame 8 forming a wheel type hydraulic shovel. The plural number of weight plates 21 are housed in the inside of a mounting bracket 15 for the outtrigger supporting frame 14 so as to be provided. By this constitution, a vehicle weight W1 at the front wheel 11 side is increased approximately to the vehicle weight W2 at the rear wheel 12 so as to let the longintudinal weight of a car body be balanced at the time of running. In addition, the operation of excavation with its upper structure 2 revolved by 180 deg., thereby allows the vehicle weight at the end part side located at the opposite side of an operating device 6 to be set heavier by means of a counter weight 7 and the weight plates 21.
