PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin form unit in use as a temporary opening form for a RC floor plate, offering the advantages of reducing the cost of a concrete building, shortening a construction period and improving safety. SOLUTION: The synthetic rein form unit 42 for forming a temporary opening 24 in a RC floor plate 12 for the delivery of a material consists of a synthetic resin form 44 and a synthetic resin cover plate 46. The form 44 has four side faces 48 and a bottom face 50 to which the lower ends of the side faces 48 are connected. The four side faces 48 are inclined. The bottom face 50 has a plurality of nail insertion holes 59 formed therethrough and handles 60 are provided at both sides in the longitudinal direction o the bottom face 50. The handle 60 is connected to the side faces 48 and the bottom face 50 via connections 62. The cover plate 46 blocks the upper end of the form 44 in the state of being placed at the upper end of the form 44.
