PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet which creates no environmental problem, is quite sturdy and is maintenance free relative to wetness, etc. SOLUTION: A pallet 1 comprises a frame body 10 and a cover material 20 covering the frame body 10, and the frame body 10 is structured by welding a plurality of square iron pipes 11 in a grid shape. Between the pipes 11 on the upper side of the frame body 10, a suitable number of belt shape iron panels 12 are attached, and at the four corners on the lower side of the frame body 10, iron square enforcement leg parts 13 are attached diagonally. The covering material 20 is made of a soft, polyolefin/PP upper sheet body 21 and a PE bottom sheet body 22 pressure formed in advance. On the bottom sheet body 22, protrusions 23 protruding downward are provided at nine places totally, three crosswise and three lengthwise, and on the lower part of the bottom sheet body 22, recesses 24, two crosswise and two lengthwise, are provided relatively above.
