PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cost and a weight from increasing in accompaniment to increase of the number of part items, while securing breakdown rigidity of a main shaft of a connecting bolt, in this attaching structure having the connecting bolt for attaching to a body member a member engaged with the bolt. SOLUTION: A collar 3 is provided in a periphery of the main shaft 2, the bolt shaft 2 is prevented from being inclined by bringing the collar 3 into contact with an upper face of a bottom of a cross-member 10 of recessed cross-sectional shape having a vertical wall 10b, the bolt 1 is provided to attach to the member 10 an insulator 20 engaged with the bolt shaft 2, and the collar 2 of the bolt 1 is welded to the upper face 10a of the bottom of the cross- member. When a position of the vertical wall 10b is conformed with an outside diameter end edge 21e of the insulator 20 engaged with the bolt shaft 2, strength is secured with respect to a direction of an axial line O along the vertical wall 10b to restrain a phenomenon that the vertical wall 10b is deformed in accompaniment to the inclination of the bolt 1.
