PURPOSE: To enhance a production cycle by minimizing the idle time of each apparatus and shortening a feed time and to reduce the cost by simplification of the apparatus and saving of a space. CONSTITUTION: In a vulcanizing station C, a plurality of mold stands 2, on which a tire mold assemblies 1 movable in a closed state are placed and which have pipings for supplying and discharging a vulcanizing/heating medium with respect to the placed tire mold assemblies 1, are arranged on the same circumference of a circle. An on-off station A has an opening/closing device 6 opening and closing the tire mold assembly 1 placed on each mold stand, an unloader 8 for feeding out a vulcanized tire with respect to each tire mold assembly 1 and a loader 7 for feeding the unvulcanized tire in the tire mold assembly 1 and connected to the feed-out line of the vulcanized tire to a next process and the feed-in line of the unvulcanized tire. A transfer station D is arranged at the center of the same circumference of a circle and transfers the tire mold assembly 1 between the mold stand 2 at the vulcanizing station C and the mold stand 2 at the opening/closing station A on the same circumference of a circle by rotary operation.
