<p>Stations are in intermittently-advancing branches from a main continuously-advancing conveyor. The branches rejoin it. Each branch has a stop position for the different loads at the station, with means to isolate the loads. Another stop position is for a following load and is immediately before the station. A stop position after the station is for replacing the load. Carriages cooperate with the advance means and are for the loads; they have individual suspensions for workpieces.</p> |
