PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the past attitude of an electronic component which is sucked by a takeout nozzle. SOLUTION: A lower-end height position which is detected by a line sensor 27 is written into a fetch memory 38, and it is stored simultaneously in a sample storage memory 40. Data up to now is not erased in the sample storage memory 40, and data which is detected by the line sensor 27 is written so as to be discharged on a CRT 43. |
