PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a spectroscope compact by reducing the area of the light receiving part of a light receiving element and using a condensing lens with a short focal distance. SOLUTION: Light to be measured 1 is passed through a collimating lens 4, made incident onto a first diffraction grating 6 in which a grating is not temporally moved, and diffracted. The diffracted light is passed through a condensing lens 8, made incident onto a second diffraction grating 10 in which a grating temporally is temporally moved, and deflected. Then the optical spectrum of the light to be measured 1 is detected by a light receiving element 14 in this spectroscope.
