PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment to supply hot water, having a hot water demand temperature, as much as possible. SOLUTION: Hot water supply equipment is constituted such that when, based on detecting information of a temperature detecting means 31 to detect the temperature of hot water, its detecting temperature exceeds a hot water demand temperature, a switching means 9 is switched to a non-heating hot water supply state that hot water is supplied through a hot water supply passage 4 without supplying hot water to a heating part 14 to heat and, when a detecting temperature is below a hot water demand temperature, the switching means 9 is switched to a heating hot water supply state. A control means H for supplying hot water is provided to control switching operation of the switching means 9. The control means H for supplying hot water supplies hot water to the heating part 14 when, based on detecting information of the temperature detecting means 31, a detecting temperature is higher by a set temperature for permission than a hot water demand temperature, and causes a hot water supply means K to perform operation to supply hot water such that hot water is supplied through the hot water supply passage 4 without heating water supplied to a heating part 14.
