PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect correction device and defect correction method which apply a correction liquid to the defect of a work without using a dispenser. SOLUTION: After the defect point on the work 2 is specified, the defect point is removed by a laser beam from a YAG laser source 20 and a needle 1 adhered with ink at its front end by an ink reservoir part 21 is positioned with high accuracy to the defect removing part, by which the needle 1 is brought into contact with the defect removing part and the ink is applied thereto. The ink adhered to the needle 1 is washed after the correction of the defect. |
