PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily attach and detach a fine adjustment handle and also to secure a space necessary for the operation of a stage and the space around the fine adjustment handle. SOLUTION: This device is provided with fine adjustment rings 50 and 88 which are provided at both ends of a fine adjustment connecting shaft 76, and are respectively arranged on the outside of coarse adjustment handles 48 and 49 in the axial direction of a coarse adjustment connecting shaft 70 and whose outside diameters are formed smaller than the outside diameters of the coarse adjustment handles 48 and 49 and the fine adjustment handle 47 that is freely attachable/detachable to/from the fine adjustment rings 50 and 88 and is attached to either of or both of the fine adjustment rings 50 and 88.
