摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually measure the integral flow rates of specific gas equipment which generates pulses of supply gas as the gas is consumed and normal gas equipment which generates no pulse at a time. SOLUTION: A physical quantity varying with the flow velocity of gas flowing a gas pipe 21 is measured, a pulse propagation decision means 11A decided whether or not pulses are propagated from the downstream side to the gas flowing in the gas pipe 21 according to the mentioned variation, and a pulse frequency calculating means 11B calculates the frequency of the pulses whose propagation has been decided by the pulse propagation decision means 11A, and a 1st flow rate integrating means 11C or 3rd flow rate integrating means 11F integrates the gas as the consumed gas of normal gas equipment 27 generating no pulses of the supply gas as the gas is consumed according to variation in the calculated frequency of the pulses and variation in the measured physical quantity or a 2nd flow rate integrating means 11E integrates the gas as the consumed gas of specific gas equipment 25 generating pulses of the supply gas as the gas is consumed.
