PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a multi-terminal laminated ceramic capacitor which is suitable as a low ESL and ESR capacitor for mounting to an electronic device with a high-speed operational frequency and is also suitable for surface mounting of three-dimensional multilayered printed boards, etc. SOLUTION: This capacitor is provided with an first inner electrode 11, etc. which is provided with a square main part 1a located at the center in the plane of a square ceramic layer 2 and a plurality of lead parts 1b to 1g, extending from the respective sides of the main part 1a to the respective sides of the ceramic layer 2, and a second inner electrode 12, etc. which is provided with a main part 1a' having the same shape as the main part 1a in the plane of the ceramic layer 2 and a plurality of lead parts 1b' to 1m', extending from the position different alternately from the lead parts 1b to 1g to the respective sides of the ceramic layer 2. The inner electrodes 11, etc. and 12, etc. and the ceramic layer 2 are mutually laminated plurally to form a laminated chip body, and external electrodes connecting electrically with the inner electrodes 11, etc. and 12, etc. are provided on the side surfaces of the laminated chip element respectively. |
