METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING COMPOUND, MICROARRAY, COMPOSITION FOR ACID TRANSFER, AND COMPOSITION FOR FABRICATING BIOCHIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a compound by using an acid transfer film in which the sensitivity and the acid transferability are improved, and to provide a microarray, a composition for acid transfer, and a composition for fabricating a biochip.

SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing a compound consists of: a step to form a first film by bonding a first compound to a substrate; a step to form a second film on the first film by using a composition for acid transfer including a polymer A having a specific acrylamide unit and a specific acrylic ester unit, a radiation-sensitive acid generator B, and a sensitizer C; a step to expose the second film and to remove a protecting group by transferring an acid generated on an exposed section of the second film to the first film; a step to remove the second film after exposure; and a step to bond a second compound to the first compound from which the protecting group has been removed.
