PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photoelectric conversion element having high energy conversion efficiency and a photoelectrochemical cell using the same. SOLUTION: Semiconductor particle layer disposed on conductive support and adsorbing pigment is processed with a solution containing basic polymer compound and then a photoelectric conversion element and a photoelectrochemical cell are obtained by superposing on counter electrodes with a fused salt electrolyte in between. |
