A heat transmitter (20) and a solar heat sensor (30) is fitted into a liquid heating system feed pipe. The system together with the transmitter (20) and insulated sensor (30) are fitted to the same input pipe but each have independent return pipes. associated with the solar sensor is a movable convex reflector designed to transmit heat. The reflector (12) is associated with another reflector (33). Liquid circulation system, in the transmitter (20) and/or the sensor (30), includes inside or outside parts which increase heat exchange. The heat collected by the sensor (30) and transmitter (20) are contained in the same envelope (11) which is partly transparent. The envelope (11) encloses totally or partially, in a modifiable way, a heating fluid, different to that of the network, designed to form a direct thermal link between the transmitter (20) and sensor (30).
