PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the duplex operation of a memory by connecting two control boards with a memory module. SOLUTION: Data such as system setting information from a main control board are written through an interface 27 for a main control board and a buffer 24 for main control access in a memory 22 for main control board access and a memory 23 for sub-control board access. When a system disconnection detection signal from the main control board is received by a command control part 26 for the main control board and a command control part 29 for the sub-control board, the writing and reading of data for the memory 23 for sub- control board access by the buffer 25 for sub-control board access can be realized, and an operation by the sub-control board can be started.
