PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a signal wire cable and the missing of data by preventing the contact of the signal wire cable and other members, by allowing the signal wire cable connected to a base board to reach the back surface of a heat dissipating plate through the notch formed to said heat dissipating plate. CONSTITUTION:A heat dissipating plate 15 is fixed to the back surface of a base board 12 having a large number of LEDs 16 linearily arranged thereto. A notch 21 is formed to the end part of the heat dissipating plate 15 at a position shifted to the inside from the attachement hole 20 of an LED array head 3. A signal wire cable, pref., a flexible printed board 18 is arranged to the back surface of the heat dissipating plate 15 through the notch 21. As a result, this printed board 18 is arranged apart from the support member of the LED array head 3 or an image forming element 4 and the damage thereof caused by the contact with the support member is prevented. Therefore, the missing of data at the time of data writing is prevented. USE:An LED printer using an electrophotographic system. |
