PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit capable of performing stable operation by an operation power supply voltage of <=1.4 V and generating an output voltage having required temperature characteristics. SOLUTION: The voltage generation circuit is provided with a 1st transistor(TR) Q13 having its emitter connected to a 1st power supply terminal and having its base and collector short-circuited, a 2nd TR Q11 connected between the collector of the 1st TR Q13 and a 2nd power supply terminal, a 3rd TR Q12 and a 1st resistor R11 into which the same current as the collector current of the 1st TR Q13 is allowed to flow, a 4th TR Q14 having its emitter connected to the 1st power supply terminal, and a 2nd register R12 connected to the collector of the 4th TR Q14. Constant voltage is generated by the collector current Iq0 of the 1st TR Q13 and the collector current Iq1 of the 4th TR Q14.
