PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of sufficiently securing working space between the upper and the lower parts of a device main body when the upper part of the device main body is opened to the lower part of the device main body. SOLUTION: The either ends of an F arm 67 and an R arm 68 are constituted to be turnable at the upper part 32 of the device main body, and the other ends of the arms 67 and 68 are constituted to be turnable at the lower part 33 of the device main body, whereby the upper part 32 is nearly horizontally opened to the lower part 33. In a state where the upper part 32 is opened, the arm 67 is released from the upper part 32 and the front of the upper part 32 is opened further, then one end of a rod 85 whose other end is constituted to be turnable at an RF frame 65 is locked at the locking part of a link frame 66, so that the working space between the upper part 32 and the lower part 33 is sufficiently secured. |
